CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Session Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged in full, except in cases of emergency.
Coaching Packages
Coaching packages are non-refundable once services have commenced. Unused sessions may be credited at the discretion of Nuvo Coaching.
Client Withdrawal
Where applicable, cancellation rights provided under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act will be honored.
Company Cancellation
Nuvo Coaching reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. Sessions will be rescheduled or credited accordingly.
