We begin by clarifying what truly matters to you right now your values, priorities, and what feels most important in this season of life.
This is not therapy, it’s a forward focused partnership designed to help you move ahead with intention.
Together, we gently uncover the patterns, beliefs, or situations that may be keeping you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next step.
From there, we shape realistic, achievable next steps that feel supportive rather than overwhelming — actions that move you forward with clarity and confidence.
As you navigate change, we focus on building confidence and inner steadiness, so you feel more grounded, resilient, and supported along the way.

Sibylle Papachristou is the founder and coach behind Nuvo Coaching, a practice rooted in lived experience, deep listening, and thoughtful guidance through life’s many seasons of change.
Sibylle’s career has never followed a straight line and that nonlinearity is central to her work. While raising her son on her own, she returned to school later in life, earning a degree in early childhood education after the age of 50, all while owning and operating multiple daycare centers. This work deepened her ability to hold space for both children and adults, listening closely, responding thoughtfully, and supporting people through moments of growth, uncertainty, and change. Across her life, Sibylle has moved through a wide range of roles from fit model to paralegal, building resilience, practical skill, and financial independence in response to real-world demands rather than ideal circumstances. It’s this depth of real-world experience that allows her to meet clients where they are, whether they’ve centered their lives around caregiving, career, or are redefining themselves somewhere in between.
Her personal life has been equally formative. Sibylle has experienced marriage, divorce, and the reshaping of family life more than once. These experiences expanded her understanding of identity, resilience, and what it truly means to begin again without framing change as failure or arrival as a finish line.
Today, as a proud mother with a son pursuing law studies, Sibylle understands the recalibration that comes when caregiving shifts and a new phase of life quietly takes shape. It was during this period that she chose to integrate her life experiences and train to become a life coach.
Sibylle doesn’t coach only from theory. She coaches from lived experience. She understands what it takes to create the life you want when the path isn’t always clear, and the timing isn’t perfect. Her work is especially resonant for those navigating their second act: redefining purpose, identity, relationships, or direction on their
own terms.
